The day I came back to London from my parents house my sisters friend Sarah arrived as she was driving up with them, sister and her husband, to Scotland.
During the intervening hours we were all talking about various things and somehow the artist Robyn came into the conversation. I vaguely remembered an artist by that name and one her songs which I’d quite liked at the time. Since then I’d searched through the iTunes catalogue of songs for Robyn to try and find the song I could remember.
For some reason tonight of all times, when I was just about to go to sleep mind, the name of the song finally came to me. Electric came bolting to the fore of my mind. With such reckless abound that it hit I retrieved my laptop and slapped it into google.
Managed to find the video which I also distinctly remembered portions of as well.
Turns out Electric is the only song missing from the My Truth album on iTunes. How annoying.
Well, I’m going to try and get some sleep now. Hopefully my brain will let my body rest for a bit.
